Print off the Boat Show Registration Form above, and be sure to:

• Fill in how many people are attending:

  • Dinner at Nordman Resort

  • Breakfast at Cavanaugh’s (for the Poker Run)

  • The Hot Dog Roast at Upper Lake

• Add your boat details to the form

• Don’t forget to plan on attending the Porker Run on Saturday

Then mail your completed form and payment to the address listed on the form.
